The Department of Finance staffs the Group Insurance Trust and coordinates legal activities.

The Division of Accounting manages the fiscal affairs of the Academy with the guidance and supervision of the Advisory Committee to the Board on Finance (ACBOF). Financial services are provided in the areas of general accounting, electronic "spread sheet" usage, accounts payable and receivable, grant accounting, taxes, payroll, and budgeting.
