The District Vice Chairpersons Committee is comprised of nine district ADCs who help and support the District Chairpersons. The DVC Committee constitutes the Outstanding Chapter Awards and Awards of Chapter Excellence Committee. The ADCs attend and comment on the Annual Chapter Forum; are assigned to national committees and councils as full voting members; are considered for appointment as liaisons to other organizations; undertake special projects as needed (eg, review manuals, coordinate fund-raising campaigns); and attend and meet during the Annual NCE Meeting. The DVC Committee also serves as a liaison with the Resident Section to ensure that resident issues are heard.
