2008 CATCH & Healthy Tomorrows Training Meeting

Over 130 pediatricians, residents, allied health professionals, and project directors attended the second CATCH & Healthy Tomorrows joint training meeting at the Westin Chicago River North in beautiful downtown Chicago. This collaborative 2-day meeting focused on evaluation, leadership, advocacy, collaboration and partnerships, cultural competency, and sustainability as well as opportunities to share project accomplishments with others. One of the key highlights was the networking reception and poster session. Nineteen posters were presented on obesity, oral health, mental health, literacy, child care, asthma, advocacy, home visitation, care coordination, children with special health needs, and medical home projects.
